专利说明:

The invention relates to a connector comprising at least two parts to be joined together, wherein in a second part a recess is provided, wherein on a first part an insertable into the recess neck is provided and wherein the approach to the first part formed in one piece is.
In a globalized society, the demands made on furniture in terms of mobility and flexibility change. Numerous moves to different living spaces and situations, frequent changes of workplaces or places beyond national borders, family planning and patchwork constellations nowadays require facilities that are easy to dismantle, size-variable and yet resilient. Also, the economic and environmental need to move from a resource-intensive disposable society to more sustainability must be taken into account in the future.
In furniture releasable connectors are known and find especially in metal-free solid wood beds application.
In a variety of the known systems in furniture, the connector is made corner of the frame or stud structure, so they are not expandable in the modular system. As examples, the bed "Nuveo" from Dormiente (http://www.dormiente.com/nuveo.html) and DE 10 2006 012 897 A1 may be mentioned. However, in both cases, these known connectors only reach their stability through corner nodes, which excludes a linear extension.
This also applies to the described in DE 10 2011 112 471 A1, reusable, complex device for various types of furniture, such as tables, chairs and shelves. Although the system can be expanded in height, it also requires additional material.
If the connector is not designed as a corner, there is any frame or stud structure of horizontal side parts, which are attached in different ways to a vertical corner or intermediate part v / ground. In a majority of the known systems of this type requires a re-releasable connector, the introduction of additional, releasable or permanently connected material. In solid wood furniture construction one speaks mostly of dowels, pins or wedges, which are used in different ways, such as. DE 930 256 801 or solutions from the company Grüne Erde (http://www.grueneerde.com/info/produktphilosophie/naturmoebel/holzverbindungen/).
Some detachable connectors come without introducing additional material. However, dowels are used, however, unlike in DE 9 302 568 U1, no separate components. As an example, the bed "Nobile" of the company DORMO NOVO (htcp: //ww.klingler-bettenstudio.at/alles-rund-ums-bett/naturbett-dormo-novo/) can be cited.
DE 7 007 022 U discloses a connector comprising two parts to be joined together. In one part, a recess and in a second part an insertable into the recess approach is provided. The approach is integrally formed with the part. In DE 7 007 022 U, the stability problem is solved by gluing, screwing, pegging or additional structural means outside the actual plug connection. That either the plug itself is not releasable (glued), or requires additional mounting material or additional 'inserted material. Additional bracing also limits expandability in the modular system.
DE 2 823 772 A1 discloses a connector comprising two parts to be joined together. In one part, a recess and in a second part an insertable into the recess approach is provided. In DE 2 823 771 A1, a stability of the connector is indeed given, but this is done exclusively on the corner knots and keeps a daily use as a furniture frame not durable. By the proposed in DE 2,823,771 A1 possibility of gluing / gluing the connector is not dismantled again.
DE 4 041 515 A1, DE 19 713 384 A1, CH 527 679 A and DE 4 207 221 A1 show various connectors.
The invention is based on the object to provide a connector available that can be easily assembled without mounting material and without added additional material and again disassembled, stable and stable.
This object is achieved with a connector, which is characterized in that in addition to the approach in the first part of a dilute area in which in nested parts a pin of the second part is added, is provided.
The invention provides a releasable connector without mounting material and without additionally introduced material available that can be assembled without tools and allows corner and coupling parts an arbitrarily expandable modular system.
Application finds the invention mainly, but not exclusively, in furniture in frame and stud structures, such as. Beds, tables or benches.
The inventive connector is variable in size composable and changeable and modularly expandable in any modular system.
The invention will be further explained below with reference to exemplary embodiments, which are shown schematically in the drawings. It shows:<Tb> FIG. 1 to 3 <SEP> Basic, top and side views of a first part,<Tb> FIG. 4 to 6 <SEP> Basic, top and side views of a second part,<Tb> FIG. 7 <SEP> an axonometric representation of the parts before merging,<Tb> FIG. 3 <SEP> an axonometric representation of the parts merged,<Tb> FIG. 9 <SEP> in axonometric representation a first part before merging with a second part,<Tb> FIG. 10 <SEP> is an axonometric view of the merged parts of FIG. 9,<Tb> FIG. 11 <SEP> in axonometric representation a plug connection with a corner part,<Tb> FIG. 12 <SEP> in axonometric representation a plug connection with a linear coupling part,<Tb> FIG. 13 <SEP> in axonometric representation a plug connection with a cross-shaped coupling part,<Tb> FIG. 14 <SEP> in axonometric view another plug connection with a coupling part,<Tb> FIG. 15 <SEP> in axonometric representation a plug connection with an angled coupling part,<Tb> FIG. 16 <SEP> in axonometric representation a height-offset connector with corner part,<Tb> FIG. 1 / <SEP> in axonometric representation another plug connection with corner part,<Tb> FIG. 13 <SEP> in axonometric representation another plug connection with a linear coupling part,<Tb> FIG. 19 <SEP> in axonometric representation a rectangular frame construction and<Tb> FIG. 20 <SEP> in axonometric representation a simple rectangular stud construction.
The inventive connector comprises a first part 1 {horizontal part), which is inserted from above into a second part 2 (vertical part) (Fig. 1-8), or in a second part 3 (Fig. 9 and 10).
The first part 1 has on both sides of a recess 8 with bottom 6 and a projection 7. The recess 8 can be designed on one side (FIGS. 9 and 10) or on both sides (FIGS. 1 to 4).
The depth of the recess 8 is chosen so that the thinned portion 11 formed by the at least one recess 8 stably and accurately inserted into a slot provided as a receptacle 14 in the second part 2 v / ground.
9 and 10) is a depth of the recess 8, which corresponds to half the thickness (thickness) of the first part 1 and with double-sided execution of the recess 8 one third of the thickness of the first part 1.
For the alignment of the end surface 5 and the end surface 4 to the bottom 6 of the recess 8, an angle between 45 ° -90 ° is advantageous. Preferably, the angle is 45 °.
Also, for improved stability of the connector on the end face 17 of the first part 1, a groove 9 may be provided which corresponds in size and arrangement of a spring 10 of the second part 2 or 3.
The second part 2, 3 may be present in the invention in two embodiments, which are dependent on the one hand on the requirements of stability and on the other hand by the considerations of sustainability in terms of a material-saving, slim design.
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 of the second part 3 is based on a cross section whose thickness is greater than the thickness of the first part 1. In this case, the second part 3 is formed so that by material removal a pin 13 is formed, the shape of the recessed in the first part 1 recess 8, which is executed in this case, one-sided corresponds. The resulting from the removal of material in the second part 3 space 12 receives at least the projection 7 adjacent to the recess 8 of the first part 1.
The embodiment of the second part 2 shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 is based on a cross section whose thickness corresponds to the thickness of the first part 1. In this case, the second part 2 is formed so that by material removal two pins 13 are present, the shape of which in the first part 1 through the recesses 8, which in this case exist on both sides, formed approach 7. The resulting from the removal of material in the second part space 12 receives at least the material in the region of the neck 7 of the first part 1. Particularly for this embodiment, it is advisable for additional stabilization of the inventive connector, the formation of the groove 9 and spring 10th
In the practice of the invention, e.g. Due to the tapering of the pin 13 upward, arises between the end surfaces 4 and 5 of the recess 8 and the boundary surfaces 15 and 16 of the recess 12 is a press fit, which the stability ensured the connector. It is essential that no Lastableitende, horizontal Auflagersituation is formed. By the inventive connector both normal forces and moments can be transmitted. At the same time the strength of the inventive connector is increased when the vertical load increases. By the tapered recess 8 in the first. Part 1 and the widening pin 13 of the second part 2 and 3 is also achieved that moisture and temperature-dependent dimensional changes of the material are compensated without losing the interference fit.
As an example of the practicality of the connector Fig. 9 shows a bed frame (plug connection with angled second part 2), whereas Fig. 20 shows a table substructure (plug connection formed as a corner part second part 3).
Due to the nature of the connector, however, not only simple rectangular frame or stud structures are possible, but the invention can be extended as designed as coupling parts second parts 2 or 3 arbitrarily in the modular system. The training of these coupling parts is almost unlimited. Examples are shown in FIGS. 11 to 18.
The technical advantages of the inventive connector can be summarized as follows:
The connector requires no additional fastening material or zuzufügendes additional loose or fixedly connected material made of the same material. The parts are therefore each made from one piece and can be assembled without tools. The connector can withstand both the load of normal forces as well as moments and gains by vertical load on additional stability. At the same time it absorbs the material-specific changes in temperature and humidity without losing strength. Depending on the application, the size of a construction with the plug-in connection can be varied by simply exchanging parts 2, 3, or expand as required by inserting suitable coupling parts.
In summary, an embodiment of the invention can be described as follows:A detachable plug connection comprises a first part 1, which is inserted vertically from above into a second part 2. The first part 1 has a projection 7, which is arranged next to the depressions 8 provided on both sides in the first part 1.
The second part 2 has a recess 12 and in addition to this a pin 13 in which a slot 14 is provided on. The shape of the pin 13 corresponds to the shape of the recesses 8 in the first part 1. In assembled plug connection, the projection 7 of the first part 1 is received in the recess 12 in the second part 2, wherein provided between the recess 8, thinned portion 11 of the first Part 1 engages in the slot 14 in the pin 13.
